Stage 1

Hiring Manager Review

Once we’ve gone through your application , the hiring manager will take a closer look at your experience and how it aligns with the role. They’ll review everything carefully and decide whether we should move forward to the next stage. This is just a quick step to make sure we’re all on the same page before diving deeper into the interview process. 
Stage 2

Screening Call

The screening call is a chat to get to know each other better. We’ll talk about your background, what you’re looking for, and give you more details about the job and our company. It’s a chance for both of us to see if things feel like a good fit before moving forward. 
Stage 3

Assessment

The Assessment Stage is a way for us to see how you approach real-world tasks. It’s usually a practical challenge related to the job, where we’ll ask you to solve a problem or complete a task that mirrors the type of work you’d do here. Think of it as a way to show off your skills in action and give us a better sense of how you’d handle things on the job. This is normally sent out with a time scale to be returned.
