Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Applied

Once we’ve completed your application, the hiring team will take a closer look at your experience and how it aligns with the role and our growth plans. They’ll review everything carefully and decide whether we should move forward to the next stage. This is just a quick step to make sure we’re all on the same page before diving deeper into the interview process. 
Stage 2

Screening Call

The screening call is a chat to get to know each other better. We’ll talk about your background, what you’re looking for, and give you more details about the job and our company. It’s a chance for both of us to see if things feel like a good fit before moving forward. 
Stage 3

Internal Audit Assessment

You will be invited to complete an internal audit and aptitude test at this part of the application process. You will be given a full overview of what you're required to do ahead of the test being sent to you for completion, the aptitude test will be held with you via microsoft teams.
Stage 4

1st Stage Interview

This is a first round interview where you’ll meet the hiring manager & possibly some of the team. We’ll dive deeper into your experience, talk about past projects, and ask how you approach problems. It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions about the role, the team, and how we work together day-to-day. This stage is to check you fit the role from a skills & experience side.
