Once you’ve completed your application, the hiring team will take a closer look at this, ensuring you meet our minimum entry criteria and assess your suitability to our programme. They’ll review everything carefully and decide whether you should move forward to the next stage. This is just a step to make sure we’re all on the same page before diving deeper into the process.

Assessment Stage
As part of our hiring process, we use CandiTech, a platform that allows you to complete a combination of technical exercises, video interview questions, and real-life scenarios. This stage is designed to help us understand your skills, how you approach problems, and how you might handle situations relevant to the role. You’ll receive clear instructions for each element when invited.
All you need is a quiet space, a stable internet connection, and if the test involves a video element then a device with a camera and microphone. Take your time to prepare and use this stage to demonstrate your abilities and approach to real-world challenges.

In Person Assessment Centre
This is the stage where you’ll meet some of the team and our hiring managers who will be involved in various stages of your assessment centre with us.
The session will cover a variety of group tasks with other applicants, as well as a face to face interview. We’ll dive deeper into your application, exploring more around why you wish to work for us and your demonstrated behaviour and attributes.
It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions about the role, the team, and how we work together day-to-day.

Background Checks
At this stage, we carry out background checks through our partner, Certn. This stage helps us verify important information to ensure a safe and compliant hiring process. Checks may include identity verification, criminal record checks, employment references, qualification verification, and, in some cases, credit checks. You’ll receive instructions directly from Certn, and all information is handled securely and confidentially.
