Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Applied

Once we’ve completed your application, the hiring team will take a closer look at application answers. They’ll review everything carefully and decide whether we should move forward to the next stage. This is just a quick step to make sure we’re all on the same page before diving deeper.
Stage 2

Video Interview

Once you've submitted your application, our talent team will review this in further detail. If you're shortlisted, you will be invited to complete some video questions that will focus more around why you wish to complete work experience with us, and a chance to get to know you better.
Stage 3

Offer

If you are successful in the process once our final shortlisting is complete, we will issue you with an offer letter confirming your work experience placement, along with the dates that this is taking place.

Stage 4

Background Checks

At this stage, we carry out background checks through our partner, Certn. This stage helps us verify important information to ensure a safe and compliant hiring process. Checks may include identity verification, criminal record checks, employment references, qualification verification, and, in some cases, credit checks. You’ll receive instructions directly from Certn, and all information is handled securely and confidentially.
