Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

CV Review

Once we’ve completed your application, the hiring team will take a closer look at your experience and how it aligns with the role. They’ll review everything carefully and decide whether we should move forward to the next stage. This is just a quick step to make sure we’re all on the same page before diving deeper into the interview process. 
Stage 2

Screening Call

The screening call is a chat to get to know each other better. We’ll talk about your background, what you’re looking for, and give you more details about the job and our company. It’s a chance for both of us to see if things feel like a good fit before moving forward. 
Stage 3

Interview Process with UK Team

This is a face to face interview where you'll come into our South African office to meet the local team followed by a teams call with the UK based hiring manager & team from our office. They’ll dive deeper into your experience, talk about past projects, and ask how you approach problems. It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions about the role, the team, and how we work together day-to-day. This stage is to check you fit the role from a skills & experience side.
