Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Review
Once we’ve gone through your application and any assessments, the hiring manager will take a closer look at your experience and how it aligns with the role. They’ll review everything carefully and decide whether we should move forward to the next stage. This is just a quick step to make sure we’re all on the same page before diving deeper into the interview process.
- Stage 2
1st Stage Interview
The call with will with the Talent Acquisition Team, this will be technical focused around your sourcing methodologies and approach to candidate management. We also want to find out more about you and what makes you excited to come to work. This is also your chance to ask questions about the role and business.
- Stage 3
2nd Stage Interview
In this interview, we’ll dive deeper into your experience, skills, and how you approach challenges. We’ll also talk more about your values and how you work with others to see if you’re a great cultural add for the team. This is a chance for us to understand what drives you, how you think on your feet, and how you might contribute to our team dynamic. It’s also a great opportunity for you to get a better sense of what it’s like to work with us.
