Stage 1

Review

Once we’ve completed your application, the hiring team will take a closer look at your experience and how it aligns with the role and our growth plans. They’ll review everything carefully and decide whether we should move forward to the next stage. This is just a quick step to make sure we’re all on the same page before diving deeper into the interview process.

1st Stage Interview

This is an in person interview which will take place at the 123 Consulting offices in Johannesburg. On this stage, we will dive deeper into your experience, talk about past projects, and ask how you approach problems. It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions about the role, the team, and how you will work together day-to-day.
Stage 4

2nd Stage Interview

This 2nd stage is where we'll dive deeper into your experience, skills, and how you approach challenges. We’ll also talk more about your values and how you work with others to see if you’re a great cultural add for the team. This is a chance for us to understand what drives you, how you think on your feet, and how you might contribute to our team dynamic. It’s also a great opportunity for you to get a better sense of what it’s like to work with us. 
Stage 5

Background Checks

At this stage, before we offer, we carry out background checks through our partner, Certn. This stage helps us verify important information to ensure a safe and compliant hiring process. Checks may include identity verification, criminal record checks, education and qualification verification, and, in some cases, credit checks. You’ll receive instructions directly from Certn, and all information is handled securely and confidentially.
