- Stage 1
Review
Once we’ve completed your application, the hiring team will take a closer look at your experience and how it aligns with the role and our growth plans. They’ll review everything carefully and decide whether we should move forward to the next stage. This is just a quick step to make sure we’re all on the same page before diving deeper into the interview process.

Screening Call
The screening call is a chat to get to know each other better. We’ll talk about your background, what you’re looking for, and give you more details about the job and our company. It’s a chance for both of us to see if things feel like a good fit before moving forward.

Assessment via CandiTech
As part of our hiring process, we use CandiTech, a platform that allows you to complete a combination of technical exercises, video interview questions, and real-life scenarios. This stage is designed to help us understand your skills, how you approach problems, and how you might handle situations relevant to the role. You’ll receive clear instructions for each element when invited.
All you need is a quiet space, a stable internet connection, and if the test involves a video element then a device with a camera and microphone. Take your time to prepare and use this stage to demonstrate your abilities and approach to real-world challenges.

1st Stage Interview
This is Teams Interview with the UK based team - you can take this call from either your own home or come into our South African office to meet the local team and dial in from here.
On the Teams call, they’ll dive deeper into your experience, talk about past projects, and ask how you approach problems. It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions about the role, the team, and how you will work together day-to-day.

- Stage 5
Background Checks
At this stage, before we offer, we carry out background checks through our partner, Certn. This stage helps us verify important information to ensure a safe and compliant hiring process. Checks may include identity verification, criminal record checks, education and qualification verification, and, in some cases, credit checks. You’ll receive instructions directly from Certn, and all information is handled securely and confidentially.
