What I do at Sumer
I’m currently part of the Talent Acquisition team at Sumer, where I manage our expanding sourcing function and lead end-to-end recruitment activity across four hubs: Monahans, Jerroms, DPC and R T Marke.
My remit covers executive, experienced, early careers and offshore hiring, alongside driving a range of talent programmes and strategic workstreams. I also support the development of junior colleagues, contribute to shaping our recruitment best practice, and use data insights to drive continual improvement across our hiring processes.

Who am I?
I began my career in agency recruitment before moving into consultancy, where I built high-performing teams for clients including IKEA, The Trade Desk and C&A. I joined Sumer just over a year ago and now manage end-to-end recruitment, leading our sourcing capability and supporting hiring across multiple hubs and talent levels.
